讲座内容 | Abstract:Big biological data has been generated through fast-developing biotechnologies in the past decade. More advanced algorithms are badly needed in making sense out of these datasets, in support of important biological problems interpretation. Developing algorithms for transcripts reconstruction using RNA-sequencing data became a challenging problem for scientists from different areas in recent years. A number of software, such as Cufflinks, StringTie and Trinity, have been published in Nature Biotechnology, but they all suffer from various issues in practice. In this talk I will revolutionize these traditional approaches and outline three algorithms for assembling transcriptome using RNA-sequencing data at a genome level. |
